Everyone is busy, and tired!  Sometimes, we are so busy that we often neglect ourselves, make our families and/or jobs our priority, and soon we realize we have put on 40lbs and our health has taken a beating.

Our health care reform  starts with what we put into our mouths to fuel our bodies.

It effects:
As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist -FNS, I look at at the  science behind nutrition. The Center for Disease Control  has indicated that because of the way we are currently eating, 1 in 3 Americans will have type 2 diabetes  by 2050! Harvard University has shown that 90% of behavioral and lifestyle factors can PREVENT type 2 diabetes!

Food quality, quantity and how often you eat,  effect how you feel, sleep, and  are able to do what you love.  Why wait? It's time to start feeling better now.  I can help you with a customized  Fueling You(tm)  program as part of your personal health care reform program.

Please excuse me, while I put the finishing touches on a new website  www.FuelingYou.com (It's not quite "live"  yet.....) Don't worry, you will be receiving  a "special invitation" to the upcoming  FuelingYou.com  open house, with free gifts for you!
